One of the most iconic modern basketball sets is now available in our Just Collect live set breaks! This complete 1996 Topps Chrome basketball set includes rookie cards of Kobe Bryant, Steve Nash, Allen Iverson. Michael Jordan has a card in the set, too!
The 1996 NBA draft class was one for the ages. Kobe Bryant won five NBA championships, an MVP, and was an 18-time All-Star. Allen Iverson was a four-time scoring champion, won an MVP award, and made 11 All-Star Teams. Steve Nash earned two MVP awards, was named to the All-Star team eight times, and led the league in assists five times. Ray Allen won two NBA championships, made ten All-Star teams, and retired as the all-time leader in three-pointers made.
Impeccable timing for Topps to create their DEBUT Chrome set with this historic rookie class of 1996! Chrome sets are still released today, and even companies other than Topps offer chromium-style cards, but Topps started it all thirty years ago with their debut of Chrome. It's 2026 and we are now celebrating the 30th anniversary of 1996 Topps Chrome by offering a complete set in our live set breaks!
Highlights of the complete set:
Did you notice who else is in the set? Underneath the rookie cards is Michael Jordan! With six NBA championships, five MVP awards, and more accolades than we can dream of, Jordan has a card in the set! In the 1996-97 season, MJ won a title and was named Finals MVP. You can see Jordan going around another Hall of Famer, Alonzo Mourning, on his card.
All 220 cards from the set are in this break! Only 220 spots are being offered; every spot you purchase guarantees you one card at random from this set. When all spots are sold, Just Collect will go live on our YouTube show that you can follow here:
Live on the show, we'll randomize all 220 names in the set break. The number your name lands on after the randomization is the card you'll receive in the break. Example: If you land on spot number 1, you take home card number 1, Patrick Ewing! Not a bad card to own today; a Hall of Famer and the Knicks just won the title. If you land on card number 139 after the random, the Michael Jordan card is yours!

If you can make the trip here like the son from my hometown did for this collection- we can make a deal at the office. We once met a father-son duo that drove eight hours from Virginia to meet us to sell a Michael Jordan rookie card stored in Tupperware since 1986 - great read here.
We keep a LIST of card shows we'll be attending. Come stop by the Just Collect table and chat.
If you have a valuable collection and want us to come to you, we'll hop on the next plane out.
If you're near New York City and would like to meet in a public place, our owner, Leighton, would be happy to meet you; read all the information here.
If you choose to mail your cards for an appraisal, we will evaluate your cards for FREE still. If you choose not to sell the cards, we'll ship them back shipping fees paid by us! We can offer our FedEx account with 2-day shipping, fully insured, all covered by us. Simply contact the office to set up this option.
