Custom Topps Card is Great Souvenir!

Your own custom Topps baseball card! Talk about the coolest souvenir from a baseball game. During a trip to PNC Park to watch the Yankees play the Pirates, I couldn't say no to this unique treasure.

Usually when Just Collect hits the road, we are traveling to buy large collections. Whether a trip to Nebraska for a $77,000 purchase of rare Babe Ruth premiums or a flight to Washington where a six-figure collection was discovered, we love covering the map to to evaluate and purchase collections! Last week, though, we stopped for some joy on a short baseball tour. While enjoying the games, we found a way to take home the most unique souvenir!

While in Pittsburgh, PA, a stop at lovely PNC Park, home of the Pirates, to see our New York Yankees was on the itinerary. On a mission to see a game every MLB park/stadium, we checked off PNC. Looking for a memento, something nicer than a pennant, shirt, or replica helmet filled with nachos caught our eyes (though, we did like the nachos...): we could make our own custom baseball card.

The Pirates Clubhouse store is behind the left field bleachers. You can see the doors if you're out on Federal Street. Just inside, is a Topps booth where you can find the latest flagship release. We stepped right up to the booth and got in on the action!

For just a photo, the experience was FREE. A photo is sent to your phone. However, for about $16, we opted to have a card printed and inserted into a nice one-touch holder. If you're not familiar with a one-touch holder, we have a list of holders HERE to help you safely store you cards. The employees were very kind, and offered a variety of props. With a real, wooden bat in my hands, I stopped in front of the backdrop of the Roberto Clemente Bridge. Clemente is an icon not just in Pittsburgh, but throughout baseball. The Hall of Famer won two World Series championships with the Pirates, won an MVP award, 12 Gold Gloves, four batting titles, and made 15 All-Star teams! If you have a Roberto Clemente rookie card that you'd like to sell, we are always buying! We couldn't be more pleased with how this custom Topps Pirates card came out!

Did you spy the Nationals custom card, too? After the Pirates game, we headed to our Nation's Capitol where we watch the Nationals play the Diamondbacks, and sure enough there was another Topps Experience in Nationals Park! Obviously, we had to make another amazing souvenir!

SHIP your collection

If you choose to mail your cards for an appraisal, we will evaluate your cards for FREE still. If you choose not to sell the cards, we'll ship them back shipping fees paid by us! We can offer our FedEx account with 2-day shipping, fully insured, all covered by us. Simply contact the office to set up this option.
