A sealed, PSA-graded 1967 Topps baseball cello pack break is now available with Just Collect. This 5th series cello pack may have a Roberto Clemente card that hasn't seen the light of day in 59 years.
For nearly six decades, these cards have been tucked away in a sealed pack. Beatles’ Sgt. Pepper ruled the airwaves, The Jungle Book had you loving Baloo, and gas was $0.33 per gallon when Topps rolled out these cards in 1967. You could be the first — the original owner — of one of these vintage cards
Topps released their 1967 set in multiple series, much as they still do today. This cello pack is from the 5th series. Cards numbered #371-457 are in this series and include a few legendary names!
Stars and Hall of Famers possible in the pack:
With only 87 cards in the series and 12 cards in this cello pack, there are good odds to pull a star! Even if you don't get a Hall of Famer, owning a pack-fresh card from 1967 will be an amazing addition to your collection.
You're never guaranteed a PSA 10 grade, but the best chance has to be from a sealed pack, right? Checking the populatation report, PSA has only graded THREE Roberto Clemente #400 cards as a 10. The last sale of a Clemente #400 in PSA 10 grade was for $146,400.00.
If you have never joined a pack break before, the process is simple. There are 12 cards in this cello pack. Only 12 spots will be offered for sale. Once all spots are sold, we will open the pack on our live card breaks show. The list of all names in the break will be shown on the screen, and dice will be rolled. The list is randomized according to the numbers on the dice. The cards are then given out in order of the randomized list. Example: If a 10 is rolled, the list is randomized 10 times. The first person at the top the list after the randomization gets the top card from the cello pack. The cards are then handed out in order until the 12th person on the list receives the final card in the pack.
This cello pack has been graded by PSA. As you can see, the first card in the cello pack is #431, Ted Uhlaender. We can't wait to see which other cards are in the pack! Ready to find out?
Last month, we broke a 1961 Topps 1st series cello pack and pulled some history! That pack contained:
