For the first time ever, this iconic 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle rookie card graded PSA 5 will be available for public sale! Join us at The Philly Show where you can see and purchase this holy grail of cards.

Over the summer, Just Collect purchased a complete set of 1952 Topps baseball cards. The key card, a Mickey Mantle rookie, was stored in a screwdown. Those old screwdown cases could flatten the card and cause PSA to grade the card as authentic rather than providing a numerical grade. Our owner, Leighton, carefully removed the card from the screwdown, and brought it to the National for grading. The Mantle was graded a PSA 5! Currently, the population report shows only 2,127 total 1952 Topps Mantle cards graded, and only 284 have received a grade higher than a 5. Just THREE PSA 10 Mantle rookies are known to exist. 

The last two sales of a PSA 5 Mantle rookie card were each over $200,000!

If you choose to mail your cards for an appraisal, we will evaluate your cards for FREE still. If you choose not to sell the cards, we'll ship them back shipping fees paid by us! We can offer our FedEx account with 2-day shipping, fully insured, all covered by us. Simply contact the office to set up this option.
