Aside from cards, one of the most popular things to collect throughout the hobby are posters. Whether it's sports or non-sports, every collector wants a unique piece to hang on their wall that they can brag to their friends about. This week, we are proud to offer collector's an unprecedented chance to own a tobacco advertising poster, produced between 1915-1917. This group of posters that we are offering were produced by the Fatima and Piedmont cigarette companies, who were both titans of the tobacco industry. Each poster was produced with iconic images from that era, capturing worldly events, astounding landmarks, and sports' greatest athletes. Being that these ads were displayed inside of store windows almost 100 years ago, they were never properly protected or even kept - which is why this opportunity is so unique. Each poster measures approximately 12.5" x 18.5", and exhibit the original fold lines. If you were to search for any of these posters today, the majority would exhibit tremendous wear, ranging from rips to heavy staining. This week, we are proud to offer you fourteen phenomenal examples of said tobacco posters, with each one drawing interest from a variety of collectors. Our featured posters display images of New York City, Washington D.C., London, and Hong Kong! These posters would make an unbelievable add to any collection, and would present beautifully in any room!
